> A very large camper is parked overnight outside 28 Raekura Place. It was there and outside 22 Raekura Place for several nights last week. Someone is sleeping inside it. Neighbours feel.uncomfortable as the high vehicle enables the passengers to look into our house windows that are otherwise not visible from the street ie someone standing on the footpath. We know we don't own the road, but we have read the CCC rules about parking campers in no designated areas. We would prefer that it be moved
