> Noticed the state of the water while walking along the Jetti at South Brighton Domain on 7 July 25 just after 1.15pm - no signage to be seen re warning people to not enter the water as dogs swim in this and people fish from the shore area, Estuary is also used for water activities like Kayaking, yachting and wind surfing so people need to stand in the water.
