> I have already sent a Snap Send Solve report about this constant flooding outside 441 / 443A Madras Street and water right down to Purchas Street. Also, the gutters on the other side of the road are flooding too. Previously I sent this to Roading but I am now sending to Flooding as this needs to be addressed! We are NEVER without water in our gutters. Hot summer, 30 degrees days makes no difference. It is never dry. Please, can someone with expertise in underground water attend and find a solution
