> There is always pooling of water in winter beyond my boundary on council land. This also affects my neighbour as the ground is exceptionally boggy. I understand extensive storm water work was completed after flooding in the street. It would be great if something could be done to help drain away this constant build up of water and perhaps connect to the existing stormwater.
