> There is a detour in place off the shared path in Rutland Reserve. This detour is in place until the endorse of July. At the driveway entrance to Rutland Reserve from Kenwyn Avenue, can a No Parking sign be put in place. Vehicles sometimes park there (it is not obvious it is illegal), this makes it difficult to exit or enter Rutland Reserve by bike. Probably there should be No Parking lines on the road at the driveway to Rutland Reserve.
