> Hi Team Over a year later still waiting for someone to reply my complain! My house is damp and cold even over summer time, now we are facing autumn then cold winter. Can someone PLEASE do something with the trees along the fence on the park side?? Would it be possible to have the tree thin down, also cut back from the fence line??? Noticed by my garage, there are plants with prickly bits, can you please make sure these are cut back as well!?! I do believe it is our rights to ask something to be done with these trees as they are effecting the days of our lives, especially the little ones that isn’t coping well with her skin conditions! Looking forward to ANY reply from anyone at the council soon. Thank you This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Jan 13, 2018. Hi team, been complained about the tree over at the park over shadowing the entire house! I’ve learn that council won’t be doing anything such as have the silver birch trees removed or trimmed lower! But I am requesting it to be thinning it right down, so our poor wee girls can at least have slight sun shine into their damp and cold room as it is situated at the shadowed side (Give them their summer sun shine in their room!!!). I will not stop fighting for our rights until somethings had been done to it!!! Even though council had agreed to do something with the fence damaged by the over hanging plants, still no sign of any action, wondering if I could have some answers to that!?! Looking forward to hear from someone within next week or so!!! Thank you!
