> Dover courts, 26 Dover St, is a CCC owned property and borders an empty section 30 Dover st. Since the house at 30 was demolished late 2024 the site has become a location for dumping and illegal activity. Someone has pulled down part of the back fence twice to gain covert access to Dover Courts, and I and other neighbours have had a gutsful. On Sunday 24th June two likely stolen water cylinders turned up and other rubbish. It’s still there. Please contact the owner to secure the property.
