> This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Mar 25, 2019. Over road from 14 Tuawera Tce. Newly installed power pole, replaced old pole which was rotting at the bottom from constant leaking. Leaking is continuing. Why hasn’t this open pipe been piped into the gutter? New pole will degrade. I’m resending this as the original was sent as ‘flooding’.
