> I walk past here every day - it’s overgrown and difficult to walk on the footpath - particularly in the wet with all the moss on the concrete. I have slipped before. I have asked the owner of the house to trim everything some months ago but nothing has been done. Can the moss on the footpath be removed by the council as this gets so slippery in the wet.
