> when the property was built at 28 Maffeys rd a contractor damaged the tube handrail (same rail as just down the road a bit) then replaced it with ugly red edge marker posts which always look bent and untidy. we thought the rail would be reinstated once the building was completed but it's been nearly a year or more. we used the rail a lot when walking up and down the hill. markers are useless and ugly
