> Hi there, users of the public space in Mountfort park have graffitied the back side of the old addington Jail. The vandalism was conducted in a public space, and the council have previously resolved graffiti here due to access only available via the Park. The private owner has jot previously been required to manage graffiti conducted in Mountfort Park. Thanks!
