> This woman keeps peeing in the water way in the talbot reserve multiple times. She’s a Bhutanese woman who lives nearby. Her address is 45 Halswell junction road. When she does that, there were kids playing in the park too. It is a health hazard for kids and users of the park and this is INDECENT as well. Put up a board saying not to pee in the park. It smells bad too. Don’t you fine people for peeing in the public? AS this is a BIOHAZARD and INDECENCY for kids as well.
