> Black ice on north side Grimseys Road pedestrian underpass. This has previously been raised as a hazard. A permanent solution to this is needed (e.g. grip surface, maybe shellgrip or similar?). For the moment there at least needs to be a warning for people. This morning my wife was biking to school and hit the black ice. She came off her bike, the result a grazed knee, bruised chin, ruined jacket, and a broken thumb. Off work now. Note the south side with the water is also a hazard.
