> Hi, for the past couple of weeks our bins have not been emptied properly. This picture specific of our Red bin today not being emptied properly. We have ensure that rubbish is not packed in tightly for easy removal. Would love if it could be emptied properly so we have space for the next fortnight of rubbish. Thank you
