> Yellow recycling bin not emptied. No letter in the letterbox or sticker on the bin to advise why the bin wasn’t emptied. Green bin was emptied but I would like to have the yellow bin emptied as soon as possible as we are not in a position to take it to the dump. Can this please be sorted asap.
