> There is currently water bubbling up from the footpath at the entrance of 10 Desmond Street. Visible Bubbles and a burst of water coming up from the crack appears every minute also intermittently. Please could you look into this matter urgently, and also consider if any works need to be done to cut the asphalt as substantial expense has gone into laying the driveway. Please could you be mindful if cutting of the footpath is required as a lot of investment has gone into the finish.
