> No exactly dumped. Walking alone the Otukaikaino Walkway and saw a big gas bottlenin the stream. It is on the opposite side of the river to the track so will need to be accessed via farm side. Don't want it to flow out I to the waimakariri river. Just slightly upstream there is a bit of rubbish polystyrene?
