> Dear Christchurch City Council, I am writing to raise a concern about a recurring issue affecting my property in Aranui. My neighbour has a large overhanging tree that extends onto my driveway. This tree attracts a large number of birds, and as a result, my vehicle and the surrounding area are constantly being soiled by bird droppings.
