> Not exactly a good choice of a parking place, especially at a busy time of day! About 3:30 pm last Tuesday on Ilam Road southbound near Riccarton Road. Was causing a traffic backup. I don’t think this is a ongoing problem, but perhaps the driver needs a review of the meaning of the dashed yellow line. Sorry if SSS isn’t the right forum for this sort of report.
