> Hi, the people who live at 2 Templeton Road in Halswell have been putting out road cones in front of the council parks outside their house/at the end of the cul-de-sac. I have asked them about this before and they said the council provided the cones so they could “reserve” the parks. There is a pre-school on the street and a bus stop a few metres away on Halswell Road, so there are others who wish to park there too. I have tried to tell him that he doesn’t own the street and can’t just put cones out on council property, but he got quite abusive.Could someone at the council please speak to the owners about this issue?
