> There is a large dead monkey puzzle tree right beside the footpath on sumner esplande. This is very dangerous. The whole tree could blow over or a branch could fall in the wind whIch could cause a pedestrian or motorist serious injury. There is a public seat under the tree which would encourage people to sit there without them knowing they are in serious danger. This tree will be rotting from the inside and one day it will collapse.
