> As per photo, a house has been demolished behind me, and the mound of dirt behind my home is so tall, that certain winds carry dirt and dust into my property and even as far as getting inside my living room. The vibrations created by the machinery is playing on my nerves and shaking my home. I'm a shift worker too, so add into the mix, a lack of sleep. Is this allowed? What can be done?
