> This rubbish is in the garden at Flesher Ave/Casa dei Bambini Foundation School carpark. It's electrical dumped rubbish my family & I can see it from our house which is across the road from the carpark. The rubbish is on the Medway Street side of the carpark you will see it as you go into the carpark. This carpark is very well used by the preschool & those using the city to sea pathway. My partner told me he heard a vehicle go in there around 10pm last night for short time please clean it up.
