> A raised footpath paver. It has been patched with asphalt previously. However a tree root (i assume) has continued to damage the paver and created a 1 inch lip. As in the picture I tripped while running and took a good head knock. Of particular concern is its outside Northwood Villas which has many elderly residents. Thanks ??
