> Hello, this is the third report of this leaking water Toby. The council have been out and 'fixed' it but it's still leaking. It's forming green slime on the concrete which the elderly lady is scrubbing off as there are lots of old people walking this part of pavement to the the bus. My concern is these people now slipping on the concrete- which will make the council liable. PLEASE can someone fix this.
