> Street light has not worked properly for years. Kept flickering on and off as the whole light swayed in the wind. Now it doesn’t go at all. It is extremely dark and I tripped over the gutter last week injuring my knee. This street light needs to be fixed once and for all for safety. Can you please respond. Regards
