> 14 hillcrest place are blocking parking on the road by placing their bins on the road and "reserving" the space with cones. With limited parking at times (mainly evenings) this is highly inappropriate and entitled. My understanding is the bins should be on the kerbside where they are not blocking the road. There should be sufficient space at the edge of the driveway Can you please correct this behavior so we can all continue to use the limited parking that is available
