> I would like to report a vehicle that completely blocked my driveway today, preventing me from leaving for over an hour. I had reported it earlier, but the driver returned and left before enforcement arrived. This is not an isolated incident, there is a cafe nearby, and vehicles frequently block my driveway in a similar manner. Could you please record this incident in case of repeated offences?
