> We have now emptied the drains on Freeville place to investigate the drainage issue you are refusing to resolve and have discovered there is literally no outlet for the water. The drain is a solid concrete pit with no outlet. It fills up with water and overflows because there is no where for the water to go. This needs a proper investigation.
