> I am writing to raise an urgent concern about the impact of buses and heavy vehicles passing my home. The vibrations they cause are so strong that the entire house shakes, it often feels like a small earthquake. This constant shaking is deeply unsettling and is affecting my ability to feel safe and comfortable in my own home. The road surface outside has visible dips and uneven sections, which cause buses to bounce and sway as they pass. This amplifies the vibrations and noise.
