> Our neighbour Julie Hampton owns 3 rue Viard, lives at 1448 Methven Chertsey Road, RD2,Ashburton 7772 hampsja@hotmail.com Has filled in a stream bed adjacent to our shared fence. There is an existing broken drainage pipe, with huge stormwater issues coming from her property causing flooding through our garage wall, on the boundary of 6 rue Grehan. Have offered to fix the problem with new drainage needing to be installed on her property- she has refused to allow that, help!
