> The Wigram Road realignment appears to have been completed and the road opened fully to traffic for just over a week. A week ago I reported that the road was flooded on both sides - see photos. It appears the flooding was caused by cloth covers on the drains held in place by the grates. Since then nothing has been done to remove these cloths and therefore the area is still subject to flooding, causing both vehicular and pedestrian issue. Please address asap
