> A patch of gorse is creeping through mown grass at this spot slightly down the bank of the retention basin near Dow Square. Not sure what could be done but I reporting it because it could otherwise easily go unnoticed. I tried to pull a plant out and found it had a surprisingly long root laterally under the grass. The root broke off.
