> Graffiti on a colourful mural. Wilson's Road North, near Ferry Road/ Moorhouse Ave intersection, Waltham. Is there a chance the "ZAP tag" could somehow be removed, without destroying the mural?? Thanks. Please notify me of "update on my service request."
