# Trees - General, 271 Westminster Street, Mairehau, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Mairehau, Christchurch · filed 16 August 2025 · report 6751899
https://www.chch.live/report/6751899

> The large tree adjacent to my house is showing significant signs of Ill health, especially the larger branch hanging directly over the house. I am concerned that the structural integrity of the tree is compromised, and poses a real risk to the safety & property of all in the vicinity, including users of the footpath beneath. There is also an element of risk to the power lines adjacent.
