> This vehicle at 1/117 Phillpots road, is forever parked with a trailer backed into the garage. It blocks the footpath meaning I can’t use the foot path on that side of the street. Being a wheel chair users this is very inconvenient and dangerous. This appears to be the standard way this person park their vehicle and trailer. It is also displaying an outdated mobility permit. This occurs every day with only the occasional time where the footpath is free.
