> We moved into this property 2 months ago and after cleaning out a bunch of deadfall I have found a broken 100mm pvc pipe coming from the neighboring property that appears like it should be connected to the stormwater drainage system running down the eastern boundary of my house. The pipe is completely broken, about a meter above the stormwater manhole access and water is coming out of it as can be seen in the photos.
