> We have an easement across the SW end of our property which is an open stream. The council maintain it although very infrequently. At present there is a lot of overgrowth and debris. This has been compounded by a neighbour putting metal stakes in the stream , wiring them in place. They are affecting the flow of the stream. I’d appreciate someone coming out to take a look and at very least clear out the stream.
