> The drinking fountain for dogs bowl is frequently full of light shingle, mud and smal sticks that block tge drain hole. Can you replace it with a hinged bowl like in the dog park please. The dog owners can keep it clean by flipping it out. I'm sure people use itto clean mud from shoes and kids play with it.
