# Roading/Streets, 17, Felicitas Grove, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury

Halswell, Christchurch · filed 11 April 2019 · report 676414
https://www.chch.live/report/676414

> This vehicle has been parked in the parking bay for at least a year and has not been moved at all. Its registration and warrant of fitness have both long expired (see photos attached). The parking bay is for the general public to use not just for one resident to treat it as their own personal permanent car park even though their vehicle cannot be legally driven on the road (it also has a flat tyre). Can this vehicle please be towed as it obvious that no one is driving it. Often car parking spaces are in short supply on this street and it is unfair on the other residents and their guests. Thank you.
