> Hi, these road cones have randomly appeared down opawa road where a lot of people park for work during the day. I wonder if they are legitimate council or safety road cones, or put there by residents to restrict parking illegally? They don’t seem to be for any official reason but I don’t want to get in trouble for moving them.. there are some (private) building works up a long driveway.. but other wise just cones making it difficult to park. Has anyone applied for valid parking restrictions??
