> Every year I dig up a mass of invasive roots (see photo) in my garden which, when “tracked” go under the brick fence as if coming from the tree (species unknown) on our grass berm. This inhibits the growth of peonies, delphiniums and lupine I have planted. I cleared out all plants last year, removed roots and tap roots and replanted. This month whilst digging- just as bad It HAS to be the tree as we do not have a tree in our border garden. Help please Jill Irving 4 Brockhall Lane Avonhead
