> We have a major water leak in the umpires building on hagley oval. We need the water turned off. We have opened the meter and there is no handle and heavily corroded. It was also flooded and filled with mud but we dug it out. I am the umpire custodian 0211825992 please call if need to discuss. It is leaking in the building so needs resolving asap.
