> Hi I logged this job and was told it was resolved. However, when I went and had a look it seems that the crown was trimmed but the lower branches are still too low. Sorry if I wasn’t clear earlier, but the lower branches are the ones that get caught in the rubbish truck - the lower branches need to be trimmed so there is a higher clearance. See attached pics Can this please be re-trimmed (lower branches) and also assessed for removal - as it’s also blocking the gutters Thanks Celeste
