> There is a large cherry tree in the berm directly beside a driveway. It is significantly lifting up the berm which has out a large crack and raised area in the footpath. The footpath is a health and safety tripping hazard now. Many people walk this block on their lunchbreaks. There are also people with walkers and aids using this st for exercise.
