> I've lived in Merton Place for 27 years and the right hand corner going into Merton has never had a proper repair. Filling the pothole does not work. Water sits in the area after heavy rain. The road needs to be remade here. Seems like every year I report potholes and the fix lasts a minimal amount of time.
