# Pavement - Damaged, 12 Foster Terrace, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand

Lyttelton, Christchurch · filed 29 August 2025 · report 6813745
https://www.chch.live/report/6813745

> Five soft asphalt spots on the road that are in a constant state of deterioration. The asphalt is lifting & breaking loose and/or sinking. Patches have been applied on three other occasions, but this instance is now a great deal worse & a potential hazard to cars and pedestrians. Paul Devlin from Parks & Recreation would like to be included in this discussion as the water ingress is likely coming from the CCC reserve above in 12 Foster Tce.
