> I have seen many bins overflowing this week, i have removed the overflowing rubbish for some, but dont have the physical space or time to do them all as am doing my own rubbish run for the inner city ccc team. Just wondering if its city care or wasteco...maybe a new staff member who doesnt know the run yet. Cheers
