> Fwd: Ticket 1381362, Vehicle JEA133 - now RGY638. Someone came in July after several months and changed reg plates from Jea133 (still on paperwork on car) to Rgy638 + left car smashed up on the other side of street. Something dodge going on.Do you know why it wasn't towed and how they were able to come change plates and just move it. Neighbours said 2 guys came. If a neighbours car they should bring into their property or put outside own house. Getting smashed and encourages car thieves in area.
