> The lack of drinking fountains. Hi I've just noticed that very public parks have drinking fountains in them anymore. Even if they have toilets in them. I remember that just about every public toilet use to have a drinking fountain either attached to the outside wall or in close proximity. And even having additional drinking fountains peppered around larger parks around their walk paths and small parks without toilets still had drinking fountains. What happened to them all? Thankyou
